Harry Webne-Behrman

Facilitator, Mediator

Harry has worked with hundreds of organizations helping address entrenched organizational and social issues. He consults with leaders, facilitates large-scale deliberation and engagement processes, mediates interpersonal disputes, and offers educational programs that develop skills needed to address such challenges. 

Julie Kovalaske

Facilitator, Learning Designer

Julie has worked in various industries creating and facilitating learning experiences that help people develop the skills to make a difference in their organization. She focuses on experiential learning that allows people to explore and practice the skills so they feel confident they can use them outside of the learning setting.
