A Taste of What Matters

Do you feel a strong sense of duty to do work that is purposeful, connected to the key needs of society? Do you seek meaningful change in your organization, so the experience of working there better aligns with your values, but are struggling to figure out where to begin? Do you want to improve your skills and broaden your strategies to facilitate quality such experiences for others?

Welcome to What Matters at Work, a project dedicated to helping all of us respond effectively to such questions. Through our courses and books, we work to broaden the capacities of others to be leaders who engage project teams and other working groups to work collaboratively to address the key challenges facing them in these uncertain times.

We invite you to join us for “A Taste of What Matters,” an engaging webinar featuring Harry Webne-Behrman and Julie Kovalaske. In this free, one-hour session, Julie and Harry will introduce our approach to clarifying What Matters.

Participants will:
- Understand how the “new workplace” offers specific challenges and opportunities to address What Matters
- Identify a specific issue they wish to address in their work or community
- Discover how our courses help learners acquire the skills needed to effectively respond to such questions.
